You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information required for the generation of legal documents. Falsifying government documents is a punishable offense under Indian Law.

Cancellation Before Processing

If you cancel your request before we have generated the draft agreement or initiated the government challan payment, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Government Fees

Once Stamp Duty or Registration Fees have been paid to the Government of Maharashtra via GRAS/E-SBTR on your behalf, those specific amounts are strictly non-refundable through us. You would need to follow the official government refund process for those exact amounts.

Service Fee Refund

Our consultation/service fee is non-refundable once the executive has visited your doorstep for biometric verification, as the service has been rendered. In case of technical failures on the government portal delaying the process, we offer free continuous support until successful completion rather than a refund.
