NagrikSahay Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use https://nagriksahay.com or our documentation services, and how we handle it.

• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email address.
• Documents and identifiers needed to draft and register an agreement: Aadhaar and PAN details of owner, tenant and witnesses, and property details.
• Payment records: we receive confirmation of payment status from our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, as collected by standard web servers.

2. How we use it

• To draft agreements and complete registration through the Maharashtra e-registration system.
• To collect payment, issue invoices and send service updates by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the government portals and authorities needed to register your document, our payment processor to complete your payment, and service providers (such as couriers) strictly for delivering your service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention and security

We keep documents and records only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, and limit access to staff who need it.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential uses. Write to support@nagriksahay.com.
