These terms govern your use of https://nagriksahay.com and the services of NagrikSahay Solutions Private Limited (CIN U82990MH2026PTC467025). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

We are a private company. We are not a government body, are not affiliated with the Government of Maharashtra, and do not act as legal counsel. We facilitate document preparation, e-registration support and related paperwork on your behalf and with your instructions.

2. Services

Rent agreement (Leave and License) e-registration support, Notice of Intimation filing, E-SBTR and GRAS challan assistance. The fee for each service is quoted to you before you pay.

3. Fees and payment

Our service fee is separate from government charges (stamp duty, registration fees), which are set by the government and are paid to it.
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are shown before payment and on your invoice.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide true, accurate and complete information and documents. Falsifying documents is an offence under Indian law.
The property owner's name must appear in the property records for an agreement to be registered.
All parties and witnesses must be available for Aadhaar/biometric verification.

5. Timelines

Registration usually takes 5 to 6 working days. Delays caused by government portals or by incomplete information are outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

We are liable only for the proper performance of our own service. We are not liable for delays or outages of government portals, or for outcomes resulting from incorrect information supplied by you. Our total liability for any order is limited to the service fee paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
