Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation before processing

If you cancel before we have prepared the draft agreement or started any government payment, you get a full refund of the amount paid to us. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Government fees

Once stamp duty or registration fees have been paid to the Government of Maharashtra on your behalf (via GRAS / E-SBTR), those amounts cannot be refunded by us. Any refund of those amounts follows the official government process.

Service fee

Our service fee is non-refundable after our executive has visited you for biometric verification, because the service has then been delivered. If a government portal failure delays the process, we continue to support you until completion instead of refunding.

If we fail to deliver

If we are unable to complete the service for a reason within our control, we refund the service fee in full.

Email support@nagriksahay.com with your name, phone number and payment reference. We respond within 2 working days.
