Digital delivery

We email the draft agreement for your review, and a digital copy of the registered document once registration is complete.

Printed copy

The registered document is sent by post or courier to the address you give us. Typical delivery is within 5 to 6 working days of registration, depending on location and the courier. A tracking reference is shared by SMS, WhatsApp or email where available.

Delivery area

Doorstep verification visits are currently offered in Thakurli, Kalyan, Dombivli and nearby areas. Printed copies can be posted anywhere in India. Please confirm availability for your location before ordering.

Shipping charges

Postal delivery of the printed copy is included in the service fee unless stated otherwise when you place the order.

Lost or delayed documents

If your printed copy does not arrive, contact support@nagriksahay.com. We will trace it or send a replacement at no extra cost.
